Impact of Employee Engagement and Employee Involvement on Employee Performance

Abstract

Employee engagement and employee involvement are important factors in enhancing the performance of any employee at any organization. Employee Engagement: Employee involvement Impacts their personality, knowledge, abilities, and time management. The process of molding students is done primarily by private sector Employees. This study aims to find the Impact of Employee Engagement and Employee involvement on Employee performance. Using a convenience sample, 38 private sector employees’s data was gathered via a closed-ended questionnaire. This study's results demonstrate that Employee Engagement and Employee involvement will boost the performance of Employees in the private sectors of district Gwadar. The results of this study will also aid the private sector in raising the calibers of Employee performance in district Gwadar.
